Become a Vendor / Exhibitor at the 4th Annual Bakersfield Natural Hair Extravaganza!

Upside Productions is seeking Stylists and Barbers for our 4th Annual Bakersfield Natural Hair Extravaganza on July 26, 2015 at The Bakersfield Marriott.

Owners, Certified Professionals, Students, and Kitchen Beauticians are all welcomed!

PRE-FUNCTION LOBBY VENDOR / EXHIBITOR FEE – SOLD OUT!

Vendor / Exhibitor Participation

  • One (1) 8 x 10 table and two (2) chairs
  • One (1) black table cloth *optional – must be returned
  • Booths will be located in the pre-function lobby
  • Check-in: 1:30pm
  • Upside Productions reserves the right to assign booth space based on appropriate placement.

Vendor / Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Vendors are not allowed to bring additional tables or chairs.
  • Please email info@upsideproductions.biz if you require additional tables, and/or a larger space, at an additional cost.
  • Vendors will be provided with two entry passes. One for vendor and one for assistant. Additional entries can be purchased at the door.
  • Any required electrical wall outlets must be requested via email by June 26th 2015.
  • Electrical cords, surges, USB outlets and Internet services will not be provided.
  • Vendor space must be free of vulgar and inappropriate displays. Upside Productions reserves the right to refuse booth showcases.
  • Music or loud noises are not permitted in vendor space. Be respectful of your neighbors.
  • All stands, signs, and racks must be free-standing. Items cannot ne placed on the wall. No tape, tacks, hooks, etc.

Vendor / Exhibitor Perks

  • Your business name added to the program handed to all attendees during event
  • Your promotional materials (business cards, flyers, etc.*if available*) will be added to “swag bags” at our main booth during the event (materials must be turned in at the time of check-in).
  • Images of the photos and videography from the event that we post on our website and Facebook pages.
  • Your business will be acknowledged on Upside Productions Blog page, our Facebook pages, and through our Twitter accounts.
  • Be creative. Have fun. Be positive. Express your brand.

  • Payment must be received in full by June 26, 2015.
  • Acceptable form of payment includes money orders, business checks, personal
  • checks, and PayPal.
